Dinh Hien Nguyen is an artist based in Hanoi, Vietnam. He graduated from both the National University of Art Education and University of Industrial Fine Art. His cheerful paintings often create nostalgia in the viewer with a combination of compositions inspired by childhood settings, folky figures and bright colours.

Since 1996, Dinh Hien has been exhibiting his work internationally: in Vietnam, Australia, France, The USA, and The Netherlands, and held his first solo exhibition in 2004.
